An antidote to those displays
that ask you not to touch the exhibits.
This is an exhibition by spinner
and weaver Karen Graham (KYG Textiles), a founder member of
the co-operative that runs London Road Gallery.
"Textiles are by their nature
textural and tactile - they must be touched in order to fully
appreciate their characteristics."
Karen creates a variety of functional
and decorative items in natural and man-made materials often
incorporating recycled fabrics.
